Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include working across several divisions within the trainee program, including development, implementation, and R&D; receiving in-house and external training on various IT know-how; assisting supervisors in providing consultation services to enterprise customers; providing quality business analysis during both the pre- and post-implementation periods; conducting market research and preparing reports on financial products and industry trends; participating in infrequent business trips to Singapore, PRC, Taiwan, or the UK; performing AI agent builder testing; gaining exposure to enterprise AI deployment; delivering quality solutions to clients for various AI use cases; monitoring project progress; coordinating with various stakeholders for necessary resources; assisting in analyzing client financial needs; preparing solutions; and collaborating on team projects. Additionally, the role involves engaging in business development activities, supporting client relationship management, and assisting in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
