Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include receiving training on IT know-how, collecting user requirements, providing recommendations for business process re-engineering, conducting cost-and-benefit analysis for enterprise customers, preparing UAT scripts, assisting customers with executions, and undertaking occasional business trips to Singapore, PRC, Malaysia, or the UK.
