Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include performing user requirement collection, providing quality recommendations upon business process re-engineering (BPR), delivering cost-and-benefit analysis for enterprise customers with respect to different configurations, preparing UAT scripts, assisting customers in conducting relevant executions, receiving in-house and external training on various IT know-how, managing high-level stakeholder relationships, facilitating effective communication across all levels, coordinating cross-border and cross-function initiatives and projects, tracking deliverables and maintaining project timelines, and undertaking infrequent business trips to Singapore, PRC, Malaysia, or the UK.
