Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include collaborating with departments to understand business strategies, policies, operations, and compliance needs, particularly in back office functions. The role involves improving analytical and presentation skills by creating management reports and conducting market research on the financial markets of China and Hong Kong. Additionally, it requires displaying effective negotiation, management, and leadership abilities in interactions with various business units and internal teams. The position also entails developing and maintaining relationships with departments and external stakeholders, working across several divisions within the trainee program, receiving in-house and external training on various IT know-how, providing quality consultation services to enterprise customers, conducting business analysis for various projects, and undertaking infrequent business trips to Singapore, PRC, Taiwan, or the UK.
