The common responsibilities for this position include rotating between different internal departments and IT teams to build knowledge of various functions, operations, and IT systems. Assist in planning and rolling out new business initiatives under supervision. Conduct regular reviews of internal guidelines, documentation, working processes, and service levels to enhance operational efficiencies. Identify streamlining opportunities and initiate procedural changes or system enhancements to meet internal or external requirements and business goals. Provide analytical support to managers in decision-making processes and participate in relevant projects and system enhancements. Work across several divisions, including development, implementation, and R&D, and receive in-house and external training on various IT know-how. Provide quality consultation services to enterprise customers and conduct business analysis for various projects. Undertake infrequent business trips to multiple countries. Engage in mentorship and coaching by senior leaders and explore opportunities for cross-entity or international assignments.
