The common responsibilities for this position include learning property transaction processes and practical operations, managing and coordinating branch operations, and gaining an in-depth understanding of the real estate agency industry. The intern will analyze property market trends, develop business strategies, and participate in planning and executing company business expansion. They will assist in continuous risk monitoring, early warning, analysis, and preparation of risk analysis reports for invested projects, conduct regular on-site inspections with project teams, and provide credit risk data analysis while writing analytical reports. The intern will also assist in evaluating, reviewing, and negotiating investment projects, prepare financial models, conduct industry research, and write investment decision reports. Additionally, they will support the advancement of exit strategies for invested companies and aid in expanding project resources and establishing relationships with partner organizations. The intern is responsible for the timely provision of the latest and accurate industry and company information and will perform other temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
