Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include developing and managing relationships with alumni designers, organizing alumni activities and events, supporting the strategic development of the Redress Alumni Network, managing relationships with sponsors and partners, identifying partnership opportunities, creating written materials, providing strategic input for partnership pitches, and supporting sponsorship activities. Additionally, the role involves managing guest lists, welcoming guests to events, overseeing the production of video content for the Redress Design Award program, recruiting and managing outsourced employees, handling attendance, calculating and distributing salaries, managing project-related finances, communicating with clients, and settling related matters. Fieldwork may also be required.
