Wealth Management Trainee

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include working with Senior Managers to gain knowledge in Wealth Management, conducting financial analysis to identify clients' financial needs, and providing tailor-made wealth management services for high net worth individuals. Responsibilities also encompass conducting comprehensive financial planning, including risk management, taxation, retirement planning, trust, and asset allocation. Maintaining good relationships with clients through after-sales services and financial portfolio reviews is essential, along with expanding personal networks and branding. Additionally, the role involves engaging in investment planning, estate planning, and PRC business planning, as well as managing client wealth assets and portfolios. Team management duties include developing planning strategies, recruiting and managing team members, and sharing marketing strategies. Continuous self-improvement through achieving professional designations and enhancing financial knowledge and communication skills is also a key responsibility.
