Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include sourcing, developing, and managing candidate relationships to provide end-to-end recruitment services; engaging with potential candidates to understand their situations and inform them of suitable job opportunities; maintaining the candidates database through the internal system; supporting sales activities such as CV editing, job post updates, and reference check calls; and identifying new business opportunities by engaging with candidates and researching online recruitment platforms.
