Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include managing clients within specific industries to build expertise and trust, selling and promoting services and solutions to corporate clients, and providing solutions through face-to-face visits, account reviews, reporting, and other account management activities. Additionally, the role involves maintaining trustworthy relationships with clients through proactive follow-up actions and support, understanding and handling clients' requirements while controlling the scope of work in digital and IT projects, and developing marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives. The responsibilities also include identifying strategies to target new and high-value accounts, preparing and presenting pitches to promote services to existing clients and new customers, and managing client and project management tasks, such as obtaining project requirements, design briefing and presentation, preparation of quotations and costing sheets, and securing contract confirmation.
