Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include managing clients within specific industries to build expertise and act as trusted advisors, selling and promoting services and solutions to corporate clients, and providing solutions through face-to-face visits, account reviews, reporting, product forums, and other account management activities. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a trustworthy relationship with clients through proactive follow-up actions and support, understanding and handling clients' requirements while controlling the scope of work in digital and IT projects, and developing marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives. The responsibilities also encompass identifying strategies to target new and high-value accounts, preparing and presenting pitches to promote services to existing clients and new customers, and handling client and project management tasks, including obtaining project requirements, design briefings, presentation preparation, and securing contract confirmations.
