The common responsibilities for this position include providing support for business development, including customer relationship management, preparation of sales proposals, and data storage. Assisting in maintaining existing customer accounts and opening new customer accounts is essential. The role also involves providing administrative support for business development and performing ad hoc tasks in a professional and timely manner. Additionally, the intern will provide full support for the firm’s physical and virtual events program, including client functions, webinars, CPD seminars, and major client functions. Updating and designing marketing materials in accordance with brand guidelines and managing branded merchandise inventory are also key duties. Collaborating with the Marketing & Communications Manager on legal directories and award submissions to enhance the firm's brand, as well as supporting the Marketing Coordinator in managing client updates and databases, are important responsibilities. Finally, updating and distributing thought leadership reports and optimizing content across the firm’s digital channels, including the website and social media platforms, are also included in the role.
