Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include supporting Managers, Directors, and Partners in M&A and consultancy projects, conducting research on potential clients, assisting with buy-side research projects, and providing client-facing team support through tasks like analyzing strategic options and creating business summaries. The intern will assist with due diligence, undertake financial analysis, review accounting entries, model deal structures, write reports, and provide administrative support. Additional responsibilities involve handling design work for event and promotional materials, editing videos, providing onsite event support, and assisting with clerical tasks. The intern will collaborate with team members to create promotional materials, support marketing and advertising activities, build social media content and campaigns, collect data from marketing campaigns, and support marketing events. They will also conduct research on target audiences and market trends, assist in content publishing and platform management, and help develop client timelines while monitoring and reporting on campaign performance against KPIs.
