Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include social media marketing on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Weibo; creating, scheduling, and managing all social media content; writing blogs about Visa and Immigration Programs; designing and executing performance ad campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, and YouTube; analyzing campaign data and optimizing for ROI; creating innovative videos for YouTube and Instagram; posting Douyin videos in Chinese; handling digital and PR projects primarily in the healthcare field; updating social media with copywriting and design; monitoring and recording digital campaigns; and managing inquiries or registrations. Additional duties involve responding to client inquiries via telephone, email, WhatsApp, or WeChat; providing customer service by answering client questions and supplying documents or brochures; assisting clients with document preparation and guidance; performing translation and interpreting during phone or video calls; conducting client meetings through video calls or in-person; and collaborating with influencers and brand partners to build and nurture the online community.
