Project Assistant

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include creating and managing company social media pages, assisting local small and medium-sized enterprises in digital transformation through social media, promoting business, handling customer inquiries, and providing business support. The role also involves collaborating with 3D artists to manage content production, coordinating project progress, and communicating requirements. Additional tasks include coordinating the setup of 3D hologram devices at client exhibition booths, handling communication with clients, organizing meetings, and maintaining project documentation. Providing administrative support to the Project Team, coordinating with internal departments and external vendors for technical solutions, and preparing project dashboards and reports on project status are also key duties. Furthermore, the position requires handling exhibitor inquiries, conducting follow-up calls, enhancing databases, and assisting in booth selection meetings. Onsite support during fairs and providing logistic support for Youth Programs and Social Projects events are included, along with participating in staff training and assisting with marketing support and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
