Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include communicating with clients and facilitating new account onboarding and KYC procedures, performing due diligence on new account applications, and supporting timely and accurate account processing. The role involves building relationships with key clients, managing and monitoring social media platforms, and conducting marketing campaigns. Additional duties include organizing internal sales and marketing meetings, assisting in planning and executing sales and marketing plans, and handling ad-hoc assignments. The assistant will also arrange business meetings and conferences, manage travel plans, create marketing presentations and meeting materials, and provide sales support and customer service by answering inquiries and coordinating sales. Furthermore, responsibilities include managing daily sales invoices, coordinating with factories and clients for sample and order delivery, and executing internal projects and other delegated tasks efficiently.
