Sales and Marketing Assistant

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include providing sales support and excellent customer service by answering inquiries via phone or email, handling orders or complaints, and coordinating sales; managing daily sales invoices and day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and payment arrangements; assisting in sample arrangement and monitoring sample stock in the office; coordinating with the factory and clients for sample and order delivery; spearheading marketing campaigns; organizing business meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements; developing marketing presentations, meeting materials, and investor newsletters; supporting investor onboarding, KYC procedures, and ongoing due diligence; cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with investors; monitoring and managing social media platforms; contributing to content creation; responding to customer inquiries and providing software demonstrations; supporting the sales team with administrative tasks; coordinating events, promotions, and product launches; and preparing and conducting product training.
