Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include delivering good customer service, answering inquiries, and booking appointments. Following administrative procedures for medical schemes, providing clinical support to the Radiographer, assisting in patient care, and preparing patients for exams are essential duties. Additionally, managing consumables stock, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in exam rooms and waiting areas, and performing booklet and film printing tasks as required are also part of the role. Fulfilling any additional duties assigned by the supervisor is expected.
