Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include providing nursing care in various hospital wards such as Operating Theatre (OT), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Medical, Surgical, Neonatal, and Obstetrics. Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families on health management and maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations, participate in training and development programs, and assist in emergency situations as needed.
