Assistant Merchandiser

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include assisting production merchandisers with daily merchandising duties, collaborating with suppliers and factories on orders and production schedules, performing sample checking and preparing shipment samples for buyers' approval, updating merchandising systems to maintain accurate production statuses, and coordinating with other departments for inspection processes. The role also involves communicating with overseas clients and PRC factories regarding order processing, production status, shipments, quotations, and invoices, as well as preparing purchase orders and developing new samples with customers. Additionally, the Assistant Merchandiser is responsible for following up on sample and bulk orders, ensuring timely delivery of samples and bulk orders with quality, and performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
