Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include managing the reception counter, handling customer inquiries, providing high-quality customer service, maintaining smooth operations of performing arts venues, managing cloakroom and bar sales, preparing F&B sets, performing information counter duties, updating general information and databases, coordinating and following up on issues with internal and external parties, assisting in administrative tasks, preparing and updating reports, and supporting event operations for various types of events. Additionally, the role involves delivering usher services and guest flow support, as well as performing ad-hoc duties as assigned.
