Project Assistant

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include collaborating with 3D artists to manage content production, coordinating project progress, and communicating requirements; coordinating the setup of 3D hologram devices at client exhibition booths; handling communication with clients and organizing meetings; maintaining project documentation; supporting the team with administrative tasks; preparing reports; and undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned. The role also involves handling exhibitor inquiries, conducting follow-up calls, managing exhibitor records, assisting in booth selection meetings, providing clerical support, and offering onsite support during fairs. Additionally, it includes providing logistic and onsite support for Youth Programs and Social Projects events, participating in staff training for game facilitation, assisting with marketing support, and performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
