The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for scheduling testing activities, creating comprehensive test plans, test cases, defect tickets, and reports. Other duties include improving and tracking customer feedback, supervising product field performance, controlling external failure costs, writing 8D reports on customer analysis, conducting customer audits, overseeing product certification, managing factory inspection testing, and handling monthly and weekly reporting along with other tracking matters.
