The common responsibilities for this position include assisting in research projects by recruiting participants, conducting systematic literature reviews, developing research instruments, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing research reports. The appointee will maintain effective communication with stakeholders, support the examination of family language policy's influence on children's English language learning, and perform academic duties assigned by the Principal Investigator. Responsibilities also encompass organizing seminars and workshops, drafting research proposals and journal papers, publishing findings in peer-reviewed journals, and managing administrative work. Additionally, the Senior Research Assistant will supervise part-time student helpers and engage with local teachers and experts to collect qualitative and quantitative data.
