Customer Management Assistant

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include handling inquiries and registering customers for English language courses and examinations through in-person, telephone, and email communication. The role involves conducting placement tests, providing operational support to the Sales & Customer Management team, accurately registering students for classes, and handling cash transactions. The Customer Management Assistant is also responsible for answering and transferring calls, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding guidelines and policies. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Line Manager.
