The common responsibilities for this position include providing executive support for the development, management, implementation, quality assurance, and enhancement of taught postgraduate and other academic programmes; coordinating programme promotion and student recruitment activities; handling student matters; organizing events, seminars, and student learning activities; serving as Secretary to various boards and committees; providing administrative and secretarial support to the Director and his delegate; managing daily operations of the Academy; maintaining information and record management systems; liaising with internal and external parties; supervising clerical and support staff; drafting policies, guidelines, and correspondence; compiling statistical data for reporting; and performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or their delegate(s).
