Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include supporting the team in event organization for the Festival, assisting in sponsorship report preparation, letter drafting, fundraising research, and donation handling. The role involves preparing publicity materials and event collaterals, providing administrative support to the Development Department, and analyzing management information to produce compliance reports. It includes reviewing Compliance Risk Assessments for the APAC region, developing and maintaining Compliance Dashboards, and monitoring Data Quality KPIs. The intern will support the roll-out of core compliance activities, monitor mandatory compliance training completion, and perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Compliance team. Additionally, responsibilities encompass providing administrative support in the Programme Department, arranging artists' itineraries, ground travel, visa applications, and accommodation, as well as on-site support during the Festival. The intern will assist with logistics arrangements, programming coordination for upcoming events, and research and graphic design for publicity materials. The role also includes providing administrative and logistics support for staff training and engagement activities, organizing corporate events, preparing employee communication materials, managing the training record database, and supporting ad hoc projects as needed.
