Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include owning and growing relationships with brands as the primary point of contact from onboarding through ongoing campaigns, identifying and closing new business opportunities, including outreach, pitches, and proposal development utilizing AI. Additionally, the role involves promoting a wide range of IT products, services, and solutions to commercial and institutional customers in Hong Kong, establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with potential and existing customers, and prospecting within an assigned territory to uncover business needs and opportunities. The Account Manager will also team up with Technical Consultants to design and offer best-fit solutions to customers and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting, qualifying, closing, and forecasting.
