Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include proactively promoting chronic and acute dialysis products to hospitals and dialysis centers, achieving sales targets for assigned accounts, and expanding the business portfolio. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and patients to gather timely market feedback for management review is essential. The role involves collaborating with different departments to provide pre- and after-sales service and support new product and service launches. Additionally, the Account Manager is responsible for promoting a wide range of IT services and solutions, understanding clients’ requirements, identifying selling opportunities, and developing sales strategies. Managing the entire sales cycle, including solution-oriented consulting, proposal preparation, negotiation, and after-sales activities, is crucial. The position also entails actively engaging in market development and networking, sharing market and competition information with customers, and assisting customers in increasing their local market share.
