Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include sourcing, developing, and managing candidate relationships to provide end-to-end recruitment services; engaging with potential candidates to understand their situations and inform them of suitable job opportunities; maintaining the candidates database through the internal system; providing sales support such as CV editing, job post updates, and reference check calls; identifying new business opportunities by engaging with candidates and researching online recruitment platforms; conducting market mapping; gathering and collecting detailed information; partnering with Regional Consultants; assisting in research scope and needs; and collaborating with other business units to achieve Total Group objectives.
