Business Analyst

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include performing business analysis and project management duties; translating business requirements into functional design and business workflow specifications; understanding and balancing requirements among multiple business stakeholders while recommending solutions; acting as the key interface between business stakeholders and the development team; communicating with stakeholders and preparing documents and technical information; preparing test plans; conducting quality assurance tests; coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) and providing end-user training; managing various projects to deliver agreed solutions on time; providing roll-out and post-implementation support; and performing other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
