Business Development Intern

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include providing support for business development, including customer relationship management, preparation of sales proposals, and data storage; assisting in maintaining existing customer accounts and opening new customer accounts; providing administrative support for business development; performing ad hoc tasks in a professional and timely manner; assisting the Business Development Manager in improving sales and partnerships; engaging in business meetings and communicating with customers and potential partners; applying for funding proposals and expanding the target audience network; tracking businesses and facilitating negotiations between partners and the Manager; developing business proposals and tracking strategies for existing and new customers; scheduling and facilitating business appointments while maintaining relationships with partners and service providers; and creating content for social media to promote interest in culture, diversity, and inclusion.
