The common responsibilities for this position include assisting the Business Development Manager in improving sales and partnerships, engaging in business meetings, and communicating with customers and potential partners. The intern will support in applying for funding bodies, track businesses, and facilitate negotiations between partners and the Manager. Responsibilities also include developing business proposals, tracking strategies for customers, scheduling and facilitating business appointments, and maintaining relationships with partners and service providers. Additionally, the intern will support daily operations, source and coordinate with new suppliers, and assist in developing business strategies using data analysis. Other tasks involve customer relationship management, preparation of sales proposals, maintaining existing customer accounts, and providing administrative support. The intern will assist in managing school collaboration projects, facilitate communication with educational staff, participate in product demonstrations, and prepare proposals and quotation documents. Lastly, the intern will organize and update client lists, support projects related to the Education Bureau's AI policies, and coordinate with internal teams to assist schools in using products.
