Customer Success Engineer

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include supporting technical aspects of sales opportunities to meet sales order, revenue, and satisfaction targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction regarding the technical aspects of Bloombase security solutions. The role involves understanding customer requirements related to information security and protection needs, identifying and developing new data security opportunities, and influencing customers to establish security strategies that favor Bloombase products. Additionally, the position requires participating in presentations to customers at all levels to support sales closure and enhance Bloombase's image, preparing technical components of proposals and tenders, providing technical input to project managers on implementing complex solutions, producing security designs for standard and non-standard data protection solutions, and delivering solutions and implementations at customer sites. The role also includes exploring partner resources, identifying synergies, collaborating with partners to secure business cases, working effectively under pressure and tight deadlines, and traveling domestically and internationally as needed.
