The common responsibilities for this position include learning property transaction processes and practical operations, managing and coordinating branch operations, gaining an in-depth understanding of the real estate agency industry, analyzing property market trends, developing business strategies, and participating in planning and executing company business expansion. Additionally, the intern will assist in preparing marketing materials and pitching documents in both Chinese and English, complete official RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and related after-sales documents for institutional customers, compile periodic sales reports and management information for market analysis, track product performance, cooperate with the investment team, and support corporate branding communications and marketing events. The role also involves providing administrative support to the team, updating and handling the payment process, assisting in preparing leasing documents, compiling various correspondence, reports, and presentation materials, and completing other tasks assigned by supervisors.
