Management Trainee

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include participating in the Management Trainee Programme to learn and grow professionally, engaging with alumni and business representatives to gain insights into the bank's operations, experiencing a dynamic working environment through office tours, exploring various business functions such as Retail Banking & Wealth, Global Markets, Chief Operating Office and Technology, and Commercial Banking, developing future leadership skills within the bank, and attending an open house event to understand the Management Trainee role and available opportunities. Additionally, trainees will gain valuable experience through job rotations across regions and functions, participate in projects related to business and marketing strategy, receive training, mentorship, and coaching from senior leaders, and engage in cross-entity or international assignments.
