Responsibility

Additional duties involve producing social media content, writing blogs related to Visa and Immigration Programs, creating videos for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, handling client inquiries through various communication channels, assisting clients with document preparation, and performing translation and interpreting services. The role also requires maintaining existing clients, identifying and developing new opportunities, improving customer satisfaction through visits and workshops, conducting sales activities, and participating in the planning of exhibitions and industry events. Furthermore, responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing actionable performance reports, and supporting campaign lifecycle management.
