Project Coordinator

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include assisting in the coordination of projects and project management, handling client inquiries regarding product testing projects, and coordinating between external and internal parties to ensure timely completion of orders. The role involves planning new product launch initiatives from design to manufacturing, cooperating with customers to define project costs, milestones, and production ramp-up plans, and following up on customer approvals for engineering samples and manufacturing processes. Additionally, the Project Coordinator is responsible for monitoring design, quality control, and material activities to ensure smooth production ramp-up, organizing daily sales and marketing activities, and managing ad-hoc assignments as needed. The position also requires conducting business and market research, creating demo content, managing project timelines, providing guidance to team members, and facilitating effective communication and collaboration. Regular reporting of project progress and issues to management is also a key responsibility.
