Sales and Marketing Assistant

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include communicating with clients and facilitating new accounts onboarding and KYC procedures, performing due diligence on new account applications, supporting timely and accurate account processing, and building relationships with key clients. The role involves monitoring and managing social media platforms, conducting marketing campaigns, producing promotional materials, and assisting in organizing internal sales and marketing meetings. Additionally, the assistant will provide sales support and customer service, handle orders and complaints, manage daily sales invoices and accounting functions, and coordinate with factories and clients for deliveries. The responsibilities also encompass planning and executing sales and marketing plans, conducting marketing research, preparing reports and presentations, and fulfilling internal projects or other delegated tasks.
