Sales Coordinator

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include providing sales support by preparing quotations, invoices, and delivery notes; handling customer inquiries and sales orders; coordinating project progress and shipping schedules; managing warehouse inventory and the sample library; and developing customer relationships. Additionally, the role involves assisting in procedure setup for customer service compliance, responding to sales calls, and conducting sales and marketing activities. The Sales Coordinator will also prepare presentation materials, collaborate with internal teams for project fulfillment, and complete administrative tasks, including data entry and report preparation.
