The common responsibilities for this position include working together as a team to achieve both personal and team targets, engaging in personal financial planning, corporate financial planning, and employee benefits, participating in PRC projects at AIA, taking on leadership or management roles and projects for selected potential candidates, developing and exploring wealth management business with respect to the target market, and aiming to acquire the "MDRT" internationally recognized honor in the first year.
