Wealth Management Intern

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include working collaboratively as a team to meet personal and team targets, engaging in personal financial planning, corporate financial planning, and employee benefits. The intern will participate in the PRC project at AIA, take on leadership or management roles and projects for selected potential candidates, and develop and explore wealth management business targeting specific markets. Responsibilities also involve providing comprehensive wealth management advice to High Net Worth individuals and corporate clients, designing tailor-made financial plans, managing client relationships, and conducting financial needs analyses. The intern will assist Financial Consultants in preparing wealth management proposals, conducting product due diligence, and handling client inquiries. Additionally, the role includes attending daily business meetings, participating in business case competitions, engaging in investment strategy and portfolio management activities, and receiving systematic training in financial and wealth management. The intern will also aim to acquire the "MDRT" international recognition in the first year.
