The common responsibilities for this position include providing professional financial and investment advice to clients, conducting financial needs analysis and assessing clients' current financial situations to develop personalized risk management evaluations, and offering comprehensive wealth management services such as daily risk management, retirement planning, asset allocation, and investment planning. Additionally, the role involves evaluating various financial products and planning options, reviewing and monitoring clients' wealth management matters and investment portfolios, performing risk analysis and loss assessments, and collaborating with the team to develop business skills and strategies. Interns will also support team planning and development, participate in regular medical and investment seminars, engage in personal and corporate financial planning, participate in the PRC project at AIA, take on leadership or management roles for selected potential candidates, and aim to acquire the "MDRT" international honor within the first year.
