Teaching Assistant

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include assisting the teacher with material preparation and classroom setup, supervising children and reinforcing class rules, modeling appropriate behavior, encouraging student participation, and providing academic and counseling support to students. The role also involves conducting English workshops, facilitating extracurricular activities, managing customer flow, directing customer questions and feedback, and ensuring compliance with policies related to safeguarding, equality, diversity, inclusion, and health and safety. Additionally, the teaching assistant is responsible for developing self-access learning materials and enhancing students' English proficiency, as well as preparing them for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
