The common responsibilities for this position include preparing company secretarial documentation and arranging for statutory filings in a timely manner; monitoring, updating, and maintaining database and corporate records in compliance with applicable laws and regulations; assisting in the preparation, on-site support, and follow-up for board and committee meetings and annual general meetings, including meeting packs and board resolutions; liaising with offshore service agents to handle statutory filing requirements and KYC processes; managing companies’ bank accounts, including handling signatories changes, authorization limits, and KYC requests; supporting engagement activities with banks, shareholders, and other stakeholders; assisting in establishing, winding up, and restructuring companies as needed; handling the full spectrum of company secretarial matters for listed or private companies; providing advice to clients on corporate secretarial and corporate governance practices; managing various transactions under the HKEx Listing Rules and Securities & Futures Ordinance; liaising with clients and managing a portfolio of clients; and handling clients' Due Diligence matters and enquiries.
