The common responsibilities for this position include conducting routine bench work, assisting Medical Lab Technologists in pre-analytical processing, carrying out laboratory tests, analyzing data, generating test results and client reports in a timely manner, and participating in project research and development. Additional duties involve inputting data, processing test reports, managing inventory control, maintaining facilities and equipment, following QC/QA procedures, ensuring adherence to good laboratory practices and standard operating procedures, liaising and troubleshooting with clinics and clients, handling daily administrative tasks, and performing any other duties assigned by supervisors.
