Management Trainees will engage in rotations across various functions, including Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Key Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development. They will gain comprehensive exposure to core business units and operations, contributing to the overall strategies of the organization. Responsibilities also encompass assisting in DC operations, VAS operations, supply chain development, quality assurance, customs clearance, transportation and delivery logistics, and order processing tasks. Management Trainees will participate in a structured program aimed at fast-tracking their learning through hands-on experience, formal training sessions, and continuous self-improvement, ultimately preparing them to become proficient Managers after completion of the program. Additionally, they will provide professional financial services and advice to clients, manage wealth assets and portfolios, and engage in investment, retirement, risk management, and estate planning.
