Management Trainee

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include providing professional financial services to clients, such as wealth management, investment planning, retirement planning, risk management, estate planning, and PRC business planning. Trainees will manage teams by strategizing team construction, recruiting, and sharing marketing strategies. Additionally, they will assist in implementing and maintaining safety systems and policies, monitor site operations for compliance with health and safety regulations, and support internal and external system audits and ISO certification. Engagement with clients to understand their needs and provide after-sales service, as well as customizing and explaining financial plans, are also key responsibilities. Continuous self-improvement through achieving professional designations and enhancing interpersonal and communication skills is emphasized.
