Management Trainee

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include participating in the Management Trainee Programme to learn and grow professionally, engaging with alumni and business representatives, and experiencing various business functions such as Retail Banking, Global Markets, and Commercial Banking. Management Trainees will provide professional financial advice and services to clients, manage wealth assets and portfolios, and engage in investment, retirement, risk management, and estate planning. They will also develop future leadership skills, complete onboarding by acquiring fundamental industry knowledge, enhance professional abilities, and prepare for middle management roles. Additionally, responsibilities include planning strategies for team construction, recruiting and managing team members, and participating in specialized training programs tailored for each sector. Continuous self-improvement is emphasized through achieving professional designations and developing interpersonal and communication skills.
