The common responsibilities for this position include coordinating with both internal and external parties on new projects regarding technical and commercial aspects. Planning new product launch initiatives from design to manufacturing is essential. The role involves cooperating with customers to define project cost, milestones, capacity plans, tool approval plans, quality control plans, and production ramp-up plans. Following up on customer approvals for engineering samples and manufacturing processes is also a key duty. Ensuring smooth production ramp-up by monitoring design, quality control, and material activities is required. Additionally, organizing and handling daily sales and marketing activities is part of the responsibilities. Assisting the manager in coordinating electrical installation, testing, and commissioning works, as well as handling electrical design work, technical proposals, site working planning, monitoring, cost control, and coordination, is also expected. Monitoring project progress to ensure timely completion and compliance with contract requirements, conducting regular site inspections to check subcontractors' work quality, attending meetings, and preparing progress reports are included in the responsibilities. Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned is also part of the role.
