Project Coordinator

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include preparing samples, quotations, and sample breakdown checklists while adhering to safety standards and chemical safety requirements. The role involves monitoring project status, ensuring smooth project operations, and supporting team follow-ups with internal and external departments and customers. Additionally, it requires coordinating with various parties for new projects, planning new product launch initiatives, defining project costs and milestones, and obtaining customer approvals for engineering samples and manufacturing processes. The Project Coordinator is also responsible for monitoring design, quality control, and material activities to facilitate production ramp-up, conducting site inspections, attending meetings, and preparing progress reports. Other duties include handling electrical design work, technical proposals, and site planning, as well as performing assigned ad-hoc tasks.
