Youth Worker

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include assisting in planning and implementing sports programs and events, collaborating with the Sports Manager to build relationships with stakeholders, leading and managing staff and volunteers, providing administrative support, and monitoring program effectiveness. Additional duties involve representing the organization at external events, organizing and executing funding projects, managing camp activities and facilities, conducting user research and usability tests, analyzing data for improvement opportunities, creating user manuals, and delivering training. The role also encompasses planning marketing activities, executing marketing campaigns, developing press releases, and engaging with the community to strengthen relationships.
