Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include handling corporate finance projects such as cross-border mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, IPOs, and fundraising exercises; advising clients on the Listing Rules, Takeovers Code, and related transaction matters; working closely with auditors, lawyers, and valuers; communicating with regulatory authorities like the SEHK and the SFC; preparing and reviewing transactional documents and performing due diligence work; analyzing historical and forecasted financial information; conducting research on comparable financial data and project-related business information; assisting senior colleagues in constructing valuation models and compiling valuation reports; preparing valuation analysis and supporting information for client discussions; building relationships with existing and prospective clients; and assisting in due diligence and financial analysis estimates while preparing project proposals and presentations.
