Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include handling corporate finance projects such as mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, IPOs, and fundraising exercises; advising clients on Listing Rules, Takeovers Code, and related transaction matters; working closely with auditors, lawyers, and valuers; communicating with regulatory authorities such as SEHK and SFC; and preparing and reviewing transactional documents while conducting due diligence work.
