Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include preparing pitch books, assisting seniors with deal execution for Hong Kong listed companies in relation to the Listing Rules and/or Takeovers Code, reviewing and preparing announcements, circulars, prospectuses, and other related documents, and liaising with clients, primarily based in PRC, as well as professional parties and regulators.
