The common responsibilities for this position include managing executives’ calendars, organizing meetings including scheduling, sending reminders, taking minutes, and organizing catering when necessary. Additionally, the role involves managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner, making travel and accommodation arrangements, formatting information for internal and external communication such as memos, emails, presentations, and reports. The Executive Assistant is also responsible for screening and directing phone calls, distributing correspondence, organizing and maintaining the office filing system, performing minor accounting duties, and handling other ad hoc projects as assigned. Furthermore, the position requires providing assistance and support to the Managing Director, managing and monitoring daily operations of the offshore office, handling administrative work related to property acquisition and management, liaising with internal and external parties on business matters, coordinating activities, and assisting in ad-hoc projects and tasks whenever necessary.
