The common responsibilities for this position include ensuring timely and high-quality completion of risk and control activities, including control attestation, management testing, Risk Appetite Statement monitoring, and risk assessments. Monitor adherence to Zurich Risk Policy and manage policy exceptions and breaches. Track the progress of internal control action plans for timely remediation. Address risk and control inquiries from various business lines and escalate issues to the Line Manager when necessary. Conduct annual reviews of the Risk Appetite Statement and Risk Management Framework. Facilitate reviews of controls to mitigate associated risks with the business. Maintain accurate risk data in Zurich’s risk and control engine application (RACE). Provide risk support to operations in Third Party Governance Management (TPGM). Draft risk reports and promote the adoption of GRM tools, templates, and methodologies within the business unit. Support project risk assessments and reviews, including cross-border business. Develop and update management dashboards for risk functions. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
