Sales Assistant

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include managing dealing orders from sales and clients, providing administrative support to the sales team, addressing client inquiries, offering quality service support, and assisting with ad hoc projects as needed. The role involves providing desk support to HKG Macro Sales, performing administrative duties related to client onboarding, KYC reviews, limit-checking, order and flow reporting, market recaps, deal simulations, and distribution of SG Research. Additionally, it requires pre and post-trade processing support for Senior Sales, coordinating with Trading desks, and acting as the front office coordinator with middle and back-office teams. The Sales Assistant will assist senior sales in daily tasks, including trade execution, trade booking and recap, market analysis, and general inquiry responses, while also focusing on identifying more efficient methods and streamlining workflow processes.
