Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include identifying and targeting clients and partnerships, building relationships through communication, providing exceptional service, and acting as a liaison. The role involves proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and offering tailored solutions, achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective closing, upselling, and cross-selling techniques. It requires building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term loyalty, monitoring and analyzing sales performance while adjusting strategies as needed. Additionally, the position entails developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of relevant products and trade execution processes, staying informed about global financial news and trends, and communicating financial concepts to clients. Coordination with local and international sales/support teams, as well as middle and back-office teams, is essential for seamless operations, along with consistently achieving departmental and individual performance metrics and performing any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
