Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include assisting in executing corporate finance and equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs, M&As, financial advisory, and fundraising exercises; performing due diligence, market research, and financial analysis; preparing pitching materials, internal and external memos; generating ideas for the team; and performing other job duties as assigned by the team. Additionally, the intern will learn risk rating on investment products, assist in conducting product due diligence on Unit Trusts, Bonds, and Structured Products, and help prepare education materials for internal training.
