Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include undergoing function-specific training in assigned GBA Mainland cities, identifying potential customer referrals for account onboarding, assisting in arranging meetings for relationship building, processing account opening documents, preparing credit proposals and reports, providing marketing and administrative support, and supporting daily maintenance activities. The Trainee will also assist in troubleshooting bugs, monitor application performance, and participate in cross-team collaboration meetings. Additional duties include supporting Forex desks with daily IT requests, creating and maintaining documentation, performing routine checks on applications, investigating automation solutions, and addressing bug fixes. The role involves creating and publishing content on corporate websites, supporting staff engagement initiatives, executing communication campaigns, managing expense tracking, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. The Trainee will also assist in developing automation solutions for risk management, conduct data analytics for risk monitoring, and collaborate with risk officers. Responsibilities extend to liaising with internal departments for reporting requirements, preparing security documents, and assisting in the preparation of credit applications. Finally, the Trainee will prepare updates on capital markets data, assist in marketing document preparation, monitor market developments, and support capital markets transactions while ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
