Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include conducting personal and corporate financial planning for clients, performing financial health checks and risk profile reviews with target prospects, participating in the Greater Bay Area (GBA) project in AIA, and assuming leadership and management roles for selected potential candidates. Additionally, interns are expected to achieve "MDRT" recognition in the first year, engage in corporate communication activities, manage client relationships, and contribute to investment strategies and corporate marketing efforts. They will also attend daily business meetings, participate in business case competitions, gain experience in investment strategy and portfolio management, and conduct professional financial need analyses. Furthermore, interns will receive systematic training in financial and wealth management, engage in mentoring sessions, and develop networking skills while customizing financial planning solutions for clients.
